It's internet connection is fleeting. But I thought I would post during an active connection spurt. Hooray for hotel chains that accept dogs. However, we will be boarding the dogs tomorrow to free ourselves up a bit until we can move in to the house. We have no idea where our furniture is, since the moving company won't get back to us.

We arrived here last night. The trip was long and uneventful, though I learned some things along the way.

Some of them are really obvious but some are kind of obscure. Three of them are graphic novels. Two are picture books.

Yeah I've basically spent the last few days curled up in bed, coughing a lot and gnawing my way methodically through pdfs of the entire Temeraire series. I finished Victory of Eagles this morning but my cold has not gone away yet.

... I may start doing fanart for the actual series instead of what basically amounts to fanart for otilu's Temeraire, now that I am all caught up, but then what I am managing to get drawn right now, more than ever, is haphazard and patchy. sob :(

on the bright side xi_rpg is making me pretty happy right now. Mentor group competition is just what it needs, I think. Derp.

Glee is awesome, though I spent half of it doing the dishes and not actually watching. To my endless bemusement, my sister is hooked on it too.

I'm about = close to just ditching LiveJournal altogether. It's logging me out constantly (in three browsers: safari, firefox, and netscape), and every time I try to view any content while I'm logged out it warns me that I may be viewing adult content, and when I say that's okay CONTINUES to censor my content even though I JUST SAID it was okay and I was aware that there might be (gasp!) titties on the interwebs.

Of course, then where would people go for my infrequent bitching posts? AND WHY THE FUCK IS SAFARI AND iTUNES BOTH BEING FUCKING RETARDED PIECES OF SHIT JESUS H CHRIST CAN NOBODY DO ANYTHING AROUND HERE GOD DAMN.

I feel like garbage. I'm depressed, I'm angry, I'm emotional about stupid things, I've felt like throwing up all day, my life is going nowhere and I don't have the emotional firmness to do anything about it.

Paranormal Activity is some CREEPY SHIT. I can't decide which ending I like better, the screener ending or the theatrical cut.

I feel like it might work even for those that didn't like The Blair Witch Project, though it's hard to say, as The Blair Witch Project worked on me like a charm. It's a better camera and it feels a little more glossy (the young couple are quite pretty), so that might appeal to some people more and turn off others. (Then again, I was also scared by Blair Witch 2. And that was a crappy movie.)

Anyway. It was well-done. I am probably going to hate myself when I go to sleep tonight. All alone. In my house that makes creaky house noises. Oh, God, why did I make this decision?
